Attempted delivery messsge

I have just received a email telling me that an item I already received two weeks ago 

Was attempted to be delivered to me today by DHL Germany courier. 

Is this a scam 

I received the item two weeks ago by evri courier and now I'm getting emails from an unknown courier not used by the seller telling me that the item was attempted delivery today

There are loads of phishing scams on this front.

If you've received your item then ignore the messages.

Why would this lead you to believe it was a scam?

Some error was made in confirming / tracking your order,  you have received that order all is good.  As long as it's not inviting you to click on any links, don't do this,  and  just ignore it.
