Account restrictions and how long!?

Hi guys, anyone have any information that may help?

I’ve sold a few items, and about to get a payout, then I was contacted by eBay to update my information and restriction would be placed, including not accessing my money

I’ve uploaded my passport several times and provided all the information, but not. Word from them or when the restrictions will be lifted. I’ve had no disputes and 100% feedback, I don’t get it?

and I need the money ASAP (hence selling on here)

You need to contact Ebay Customer Services.

It depends what is happening 'behind the scenes'.

If they are simply verifying your ID and checking your details all match up, that should take about a week.

If there is another issue and the restriction becomes permanent, in the worst case scenario, Ebay will hold your funds for up to 180 days,
