Custom Delivery Removed.

Ebay are just becoming Vinted by another name and clearly don't care about small private sellers.  They have already made it nigh on impossible to sell items at the lower end of pricing, as buyers won't pay a premium for them. (Eg £5.00 +4%+75p=£5.95, a 20% mark up!)

Now they've removed Custom Delivery too taking away my choices.

In addition, automatic feedback for private sellers is a joke. I want buyers to see real positive comments and usually ask for feedback if they haven't left any for a couple of weeks. Now Ebay beat me to it.

There must be millions of us private sellers out there being right royally screwed. After 11 years I'm seriously considering leaving Ebay. Not that they will give a monkeys.

Yep,  we were told from April 15th that Simple Delivery will be mandatory for all Private Sellers,  and it's been a very,  very slow rollout.

It's here now,  here to stay,  very unpopular and there's no turning back.

Look to the many long threads from unhappy members on the Discussion Board,  you are not alone !

To cap it all I have just had a message to relist my item. A vintage jewellery set I was asking £5.00 for. They suggest I relist for 99p!!! 🤬🤬

Aaah,  those daft ' recommendations'  have always been present !

Some unfortunately,  do not realise  when listing  items in auction,  to list  for the lowest amount one is happy to receive, it can never sell for less.
