Simple Delivery will give your buyer two options, Standard Tracked and Express Delivery.
These services are RM Tracked 48 and 24.
To ensure you only offer Royal Mail, you have to deselect Evri.
Simple Delivery is now mandatory for almost everything listed by private sellers.
Available carriers and delivery options
You'll automatically be opted in to use all carriers that are available in this programme. If you would prefer not to send your items with a particular carrier, you can exclude them in your settings. Here's how:
- Go to your Postage preferences - opens in new window or tab.
- Select Edit next to Simple Delivery.
- Adjust the toggle next to the carrier you'd prefer not to use.
