Account restriction and suspend

hope all are good

actually my ebay account is 3 years old recently from last month i convert it to buyer and used it

1 month it works fine but one day I received a mail that your account is temporarily suspended contact help and support then i call them then they ask some. Questions about what you want to sell and i tell them everything then they said your account is permanently banned from selling on ebay.

i think i used to login through public wifi

but anybody help me to reinstate it please

The public wifi wouldnt be a problem but it could be that someone else in your household has been suspended, you have had a previous account suspended?

Im not sure what you mean by "i convert it to buyer "  You cant convert an account to "buyer" - Its either a private account or a business account so not sure what you mean, but the fact you say you converted it to "buyer" implies you have been a seller? - Your icon saysd "chaos cart" which seems like a business?
- Also how are you able to post on this forum if you have been suspended - is this a second account?
