I sold an item and sent it via Royal Mail tracked. The tracking says the item hasn’t progressed since being scanned at the post office but the buyer has confirmed it’s been delivered and they have left positive feedback. I’ve repeatedly asked the buyer to put the order as delivered but I haven’t heard back from them. Is there any way I can inform eBay so I can get the payment released. Surely they can see the emails between myself and the buyer, the buyer has admitted it’s been delivered.
