eBay somehow managed to change the postage option from a large item to a small item when the 'simple delivery' system was introduced. I chatted with eBay and the fault was recognised, and they agreed that I could pay the actual postage and they'd refund it to me. I'm trying to follow this up with Ebay but when I go to the 'contact us' chat function, the text box is greyed out and I can't type anything. The previous chat I had with them is visible, so I can't see why it doesn't work any more. How else can I get in touch with Ebay? I've been all round the website now but it's getting very frustrating chasing various dead ends!
