Hi there,
I would like to return two small items to one seller (when I originally bought the items they came together in the same parcel). When trying to return them it seems I have to do them individually which means double the postage (£7!). Is there a way of selecting more than one item to return at the same time, or a way to send two items in one parcel and not have double the postage and packing?
Thank you.

You need a separate case for each item and have to send them back individually so that you get a tracking number for each item.
There are frequent posts in here from members who don't follow this process and return two or more items but only get refunded for one.
You could try and sell the items yourself rather than returning them.

Oh, that's a bit annyoing. I have no choice but to use two lots of packaging and sent two items back to the same seller and pay two lots of posatge.
