Hi I sold a VOGUE ITALIA magazine to a US buyer - as usual I posted it via eBay's GPS centre but for some unknown reason Export Control Organisation in the UK rejected it and sent it back to me. eBay won't give me a full-explanation why it was returned. I lost a sale had to refund the buyer. I have sold 100s magazines globally and to USA no issue at all! Has anyone ever experienced this and why would a vintage Vogue be rejected it's not a dangerous item?? So frustrating and eBay have been unhelpful even though I have been with them for over 20 years.
