I’ve booked a parcel for collection by the postman twice now and the postman just isn’t picking the package up. Does anyone know how I can resolve this?

You can rebook it on the Royal Mail website.   Or cancel/refund transaction with buyer's agreement (via the dropdown menu for item) and relist with different postage for them to buy and pay again.
