I recently bought something in an auction that was (and indeed similar items still are being) described as weighing 900g, when it arrived it was 600g. I contacted the seller and was told they’d mistakenly cut and pasted the description and hoped I understood. After a few messages back and forth the seller told me the items actual worth (irrelevant surely as it was an auction) and suggested I return it. I would have preferred a partial refund or the remainder of the item. Do I have cause for complaint?
