I may have made the mistake (Although, I dont think i did) of putting the same shipping label on 2 parcels. Of course the parcels were for different people. My question is would Evri know the same tracking number has been used on 2 different parcel on a different day? And what happens? The customer has his item he bought i posted on day one. However I may have posted a different parcel to him using the same tracking number the very next day. I would assume this should have flagged up an error? Please help
