problem responding to an offer

I have been sent an offer for an item but when I respond it takes me to the listing as if I am the customer.

When I look at my account the offer doesn't show up any where. Impossible to get any help from ebay going round in circles!!

It's possible the buyer withdrew their offer which they can do if they know how.
