Waiting to be paid after selling item

So eBay new policy, not so keen on it, so you sell something and now have to wait for it to be delivered and then wait up to another 2 days for it to show in your account then you wait another  1-3  days before you get paid out, so my last sale took 5 days to get delivered, they then took another 5 days to pay out so 10 days I had to wait for my money, WHY ??? once tracking has been uploaded why cant they just pay out, tracking can prove you have sent the item, this is just stalling and holding your money, just imagine how much on interest there getting on all this held money, but we don't get it, and add to injury they now add a percentage to your sale for buyer protection the buyer has to pay ! so my item was £185 but listing went to £193.42 and you have no choice to accept of not, even as a buyer you have no option, just another way of getting more money from you, really don't know what this is turning into but its not good, been a member for 26 years, no thinking maybe time to quit.

Must say its appalling they way they treat members, at the bottom of the barrel now, need to make quick cash but at our expense by holding money which is ours.

Do not/know why you had to wait 5 days fora payout, as it is up to you to withdraw. Just to see how it works I withdrew a small smount and was in my bank account same day.

I cannot see why the fuss, in the days when Paypal was used, did everybody withdraw money instantly. Every one I know who used it just let it accumulate until it was worth  withdrawing.  There was not even an automatic payout like now when available balance will be paid out quarterly.

However eBay’s approach has been to say the least Ham Fisted, with the usual “if it can go wrong it will”.
