If you are sure no one in your household has access to your account and purchased something, then contact your bank asap and report your findings.
To see what this transaction entailed afterwards contact eBay Customer Services, they can explain what the payment was for, and if your account has been hacked , they will close it to investigate further.
This is the easiest and quicket way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open between 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. on weekdays.
9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends.
I recommend contacting CS very first thing in the morning, when the lines first open, as there's more chance of Dublin answering.

Dear eBay Support,
I am writing to bring to your attention two recent direct debit transactions linked to my account:
Additionally, I want to highlight that eBay requested my bank account details to set up two direct debit instructions, which I did not authorize.
Could you please clarify why these direct debits were initiated and provide any relevant details regarding these transactions?
I look forward to your prompt response to address this matter.

- The first transaction was successfully processed. I have reported this transaction to my bank and have initiated the procedure to claim it as fraudulent.
- The second transaction was blocked as I deleted the direct debit authorization.
Additionally, I want to highlight that eBay requested my bank account details to set up two direct debit instructions, which I did not authorize.

You need to log this with eBay Customer Services, we are members here like yourself, and cannot authorise any action on your account.

Thank you for your response.
I understand that you cannot authorize actions on my account and that this issue needs to be addressed directly with my bank, as eBay has indicated they cannot see the transaction details.
I am actively working with my bank to resolve this matter, but I believe it is important for the community to be informed about this issue to help prevent similar situations from happening to others in the future.
Thank you for your understanding.

I agree it good to make members to be aware and vigilant of all transactions on accounts, and to act promptly.

When setting up managed payments and adding bank account,
You authorised ebay to use DD to recover any moneys owed in case of refund to buyer.

That is not my case, see the history of the post.

"Additionally, I want to highlight that eBay requested my bank account details to set up two direct debit instructions, which I did not authorize."
I merely pointed out that you DID authorise DD when setting up managed payments,
All sellers have to do this.
