i have purchased a dvd from ebay seller- have not recieved the item-

ebay have withdrawn this seller-  i require a refund as this appears to be a scam-

no joy from ebay - is this lack of intrest acceptable.

If the seller has been withdrawn from eBay,  then you need to contact eBay Customer Services to receive your refund for item not received,  they need to open the case for you  / or to refund you directly.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.
