I have listed 2 products on my ebay store. I'm Unable to promote my listing, please tell me if there is any issue or any criteria to promote my listing.

Be careful as promotions can be expensive with no guarantee of sale. At least as a new seller stick to paying a % of sale price and not paying for “clicks” when you may not sell.
