I got a message from the eBay team to tell me a scooter I bought has a safety concern and I should contact the supplier for more info but they have set the contact supplier not to receive emails

If you are within 30 days of buying item, open case.

If longer, this is between you and seller. 

All ebay do is pass recall info on to buyer.

If UK business seller,  contact citizens advice,.

If it is a UK business seller, you could try writing to them or phoning them.

If the seller is based abroad and you can't contact them, all you can do is research the item you have bought and make an informed decision as to whether or not you can continue to use the scooter.
