Cancellation declined but no refund or item

I tried cancelling my order but that was denied a few days later, but then never ended up receiving the item. The seller has also since stopped contact with me and no longer replying. This chat was from over a week ago. I don’t care if u get the refund or the product, at this point I’m over £200 out of pocket with nothing to show for it.

In addition do not communicate with seller, simply leave it to eBay. 

Do not take any notice of messages such as "please wait a bit longer"  "I cannot refund unless you close the case".
