Hi, many thanks for the suggestions. This is a fairly recent new build pc. I have bought a couple of items recently, so I know the the system is working for purchases. The system is telling me that funds have been available since 18/08/25 but in the payment section it shows a zero which I cannot change. The only different from my previous pc is the browser I'm using. I would like to contact someone in ebay support to resolve this as I think this a problem at their end, not mine. Does anyone have a contact that would be relevant? I don't want to use their automated support as it just sends me round in circles.
