Sold two items clicked on postage label to get the addresses, decided to post 1st class recorded delivery Royal Mail, it confirms delivered but my payments are still pending

If you don't use the eBay supplied labels you have to wait 14 days for payout unless you can update the tracking number in your orders or eBay may update it if asked,the easiest way is to get a callback here https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/eua?id=5275&mkevt=1&mkpid.

Postage will be refunded to the buyer if they paid in 30 days or if the seller paid for postage-free delivery a refund has to be requested within 14 days of sale here. https://www.ebay.co.uk/claims/simple-delivery/refund/seller

Ebay do sometimes hold payments for infrequent sellers and it looks as if you haven't used your account for a while.

You may just have to wait for your payments to be released.
