Hi everyone. I have a problem with a removed from Ebay item. It is spinners toys and I have sold ine, however anytime ebay remove it for some policy issues, I appeal, and the list the item back. But now after appealing Ebay removed the spinners totally. But I can see similar products are live for sale. My question is- how to meet their safety policy for toys and why Ebay keep removing my item?

If eBay have not explained how to relist these items, then you cannot relist the items or face serious selling restrictions. I know that eBay have removed some of these items that were in a ' used' state and not Brand new, could this be the case here?
If others are listed these may have slipped the net. There are over 7 billion listings on eBay at any one time, so impossible to check each and every one.
Once they are spotted and reported like yours was, if they break a selling reg. they too, will be removed.

Only registered business sellers are allowed to sell toys for children and babies under 36 months.
There may be further conditions but if you are trading (buying items with the purpose of selling them) upgrading to a business account would be a good start.

Thank you. Do you think I can skip the restrictions if I list the item and point that the tou is for kids older than 36 months? And i wanted to register as a business but ebay wants me to have more than 20 items for sale. I haven't. Tha k you anyway

It looks like a toy that would be attached to a babies high chair and is clearly for children under 3 years.
You should not be listing toys which are not compliant with all UK safety regulations and have the necessary (genuine) CE marking.
Please don't relist this toy by making untruthful statements!

If these are what's called ' fidget spinners' they are not for babies, and recommended age is 3 years and upwards.
I remember many schools were banning these items as so many were being used in classes and students being distracted.
To be honest surprised they're still selling and popular !

Absolutely not a fidget spinner.

I am afraid ebay CS have no idea of their own policy which says you need a business account if you buy goods to sell. There is no number requirement. You simply convert your account to a business one.

To correctly register as a business seller simply go to your Personal Information in your account and to the right of Account Type, which will be showing as 'Individual' you'll see an Edit option.

This doesn't affect your feedback profile or any current listings, it merely upgrades your account so that you're compliant with current consumer and eBay policy.
