Hi. I have been an avid user of eBay for 20 years now but i am really finding the latest updates unhelpful. A further example has been posting. I have selected only courier I can use is Yodel, this has then been paid for by the buyer, but my printage label only gives an option for a parcelforce label for 8 times the price. I can’t afford to pay for this. How do I resolve? Tried speaking eBay. Sound would get back to me, didn’t. I can’t ask the bot as it’s unavailable.
additionally I have a postal using royal mail and have a prepaid code, but isn’t letting me download as “outside of area”
what do I need to do? Just cancel orders and go to Vinted?
