Evri and buyer says item delivered, but Ebay tracking hasn't updated

Hi, I'm a newbie seller and wanted some advice. The buyer says they have recieved the item, Evri says it is delivered but Ebay hasn't updated it's tracking to say it's delivered, so I haven't recieved my money for the purchase. Is this normal? Apologies if it's a stupid question.

It's not a stupid question at all,  but Evri and RM's tracking is often not in sync with eBay's tracking.  The only time to worry,  is when a buyer starts an item not received case then you have to chase up that tracking, but this is not the case here.

Tracking no longer speeds up payouts,  as soon as the buyer pays,  your payment for that sale is released within 24 hours.  However,  you are a new seller,  so your initial payouts may be held for a little longer,  as eBay wish to see you as an established good eBayer,  showing your initial items to be dispatched and received on time.
