Counterfeit item

I listed an item which was a genuine Audi part but it got withdrawn saying it didn’t conform to eBay’s counterfeit policy.

i then challenged it but they’ve come back again saying it doesn’t conform but can’t find anything to tell me what it should say so where is this ‘counterfeit policy’ so I can see what needs to done differently to get the item re listed

what’s the point in saying it doesn’t conform when there’s nothing out there telling me what the policy is, totally frustrating

It may be that Audi only allow authorised business accounts to sell their parts on sites like Ebay.

Ebay tend to send a fairly generic email saying the item is 'counterfeit' even if it is genuine item but there is a Vero issue.

The best advice here is to sell it elsewhere.
