Hello - I found a buyer for something on another social media platform and directed them to pay on EBay for buyer seller protection. However, I had accidently selection promote item on EBay when I listed it. And the buyer was not found in EBay. How can I get the promotion fee paid back to me? I have evidence of where we connected - that is was not on Ebay
