You only have 30 days from date of delivery with ebay under their MBG. If an item has developed a fault after this period of time then ebay wont be interested.
You won't be able to claim for perfume that you've had for 90 days, anything could have happened to it during that period. It could've been damaged through being dropped and/or the product left in full sunlight, thus changing the fragrance.
