Cant receive returns label!

I received a faulty item.  Buyer has refunded me no problem and said he's paid for return postage. I had the messages from ebay asking me to return the item, and there is no label. Like, there is no label to return this item anywhere at all.  I've spent ages looking in all the options...returns details etc., nothing! Ebay have closed the case and all I can seem to get through to is botchat to no avail. I'm assuming that as the buyer refunded me BEFORE the returns process went through, Ebay has just blocked any type of label being generated. Any help would be greatly appreciated!! Many thanks

once a refund has been made the case is closed so nothing more can be done through the case/eBay.

It's up to the seller to arrange some way for the return to be made.
