Hi I have 1 question if I sell it 1 product and the buyer ask the refund after 40 days I have to givE or no thanks

No,  if more than 30 days have passed from the item's last estimated date for delivery,  it's too late for a buyer to claim a refund from eBay,  they could still though,  turn to their payment provider for help.

If they open a case after 40 days,  they will not be able to escalate it,  and it will just close.
