I bought an item that arrived irretrievably broken inside. Seller kept offering partial refunds despite me saying this was unacceptable. Eventually I sent a final message and reported to eBay. At that point I got the full refund. Consequently I gave honest negative feedback. Now I've had two messages asking for it to be changed. Finding a way to inform eBay about this is proving difficult.

Just ignore them.
If the seller knew the rules they could get your feedback removed as you said that you had reported to eBay.

If something arrives broken you do not get in touch and argue with seller. All you do is open a "not as described case" [which notifies eBay and seller]. If the seller wants the broken bits back he supplies a label and on receipt refunds in full. If he does not deal with sending the label or refund you simply escalate and eBay takes over.
It's all automatic, basically, and works quickly. Usually less than a week from opening case to refund. @johncharlesj123

There is nothing to inform ebay about. Neither you or seller seem to know how systems work. You did not open a case to get a quick full refund. Seller does not know there is a proper way to submit feedback revision requests, or that your feedback would be removed if he reported it to ebay.
