Item "not as described "

So I sold a graded pokemon card in Ebay, the slab had damage and cracks on, all very visable on the pictures, yet when yhr buyer received it, they open up a return for "item not as described " yet all damage was very clearly visible and described as so. And ebay customer service have said basically tough, and now iv got to pay to send my item back because someone didn't think to look at pictures or read as a description.

I don't understand how this is fair at all.

The issue with appealing any decision for a refund for item not as described,  is that eBay do not see the item in question.

I've looked at your items presuming it's not the ones sold on the 1st as these would not have been received, the ones sold around 25th / 26th May most are listed as near mint but one is listed as poor/ Heavily played,  is it this one in question?

You haven't described the faults at all in the description box, just Condition is marked as Poor, and I'm afraid the 2 photos do not show any faults which needed to be described.  This is probably why eBay have decided against your appeal ?

No, it's none of them,it's the 2000 animation slab, the description was as you can see from the pictures it does have wear and tear on the item, and they are pretty clear in the pictures.
