Item fits. Doesn't fit

Trying to buy a wheel for my car got it in garage so look for parts to fit . Find parts on the list saying this item fits but when I open it to look at part it says item won't fit.

Just proceed this way:

 

You have received an item not as described,  go right of the item in your Purchase History and from More Actions select... Return this item selecting the reason Item Does Not Match Description or Photos.

The seller needs to accept this case within 3 days and refund,  if they want their item back first , they need to pay for that fully tracked return postage, then on receipt of their item they have 48 hours to refund you.  If they don't ,  need to escalate the case,  ask eBay to step in, and they'll force the refund.

Never listen to any excuse or promise from the seller to close the case early,  and do not forget to escalate.

Sorry I haven't paid for an item its how its listed.

I'm going on my garage with my car details listed so I press on items to fit my car.

When I'm going down the list of items I'm looking at buying it says this item fits but when you click on the item to view it it says it doesn't fit. This is a bit confusing so does it fit or not.

Assume it won't fit.

If you buy it because it says it did, and it didn't, you must use 'not as dscribed' as the reason for a return, not 'does not fit'.

My bad,  I just  missed  the ' trying' to buy part ! 🙄  Not enough caffeine yet!  🤗

Is there perhaps another seller selling the item you require with a better description confirming it will definitely fit your car?

As my post describes above,  if and when you do buy this item from eBay, and on receipt it's not as described, under eBay's 30 day MBG policy,  follow my steps above to receive a full refund.
