had a bad dealing with a buyer - which now the return is closed/ fully refunded  - I have to try mentally move on from.

I have blocked them, blocked them also from being able to contact me but can they still see my listings etc?

I am still able to see theirs? As they have previously messaged me do they still have that availability. 

They were soo rude from the get go of needing a return/ throughout the process-  I may be wrong but have a feeling from messages I received that they will still be "after me/harrass me" somehow - that sounds extreme I know but  I have history with an ex trying to gaslight me so when it happens now I prepare myself and act accordingly to protect myself.

You cannot block them from seeing your listings,  much the same as you can still see theirs.

Peeps who have that vile tendency to harass by sending horrid messages,  work on reactions,  so if you see a message coming through,  don't read, it,  don't answer it,  just delete it.

You should be able to block their messages too, same place in your Site preferences where you blocked them from buying from you, further don that page is a little box to tick to stop messages.

Thank you - I thought when I blocked someone, it might be abit like social media sites where you just don't see them at all/ they can't see you. ah well.  Im going to double check I can't receive messages from them but confident Ive managed to do it! thanks 💖

As you were in a transaction with this person and there is a message thread, they will be able to send you messages for a while.

You have to do two things:

Don't reply to the message

Delete the message without reading it.

Nasty people just want a reaction - don't react.
