Dear Community
I placed an order for a handbag which took longer than advertised to arrive.
I clinked on delivery option for my local Argos.
I've been in contact with the seller who has been ablr to show picture proof of the item being delivered.
The problem is I haven't received an FM code and my local Argos won't hand it over to me without one.
The item was delivered on the 15th Sept and it is now 22nd so by now I should have received the FM code.
I've tried to contact EBAY but it just says Case is CLOSED
Can anyone suggest what I should do?
