Changing status of order

Hi. I sold an item which buyer paid, including simple delivery. He subsequently collected in person. I did not print out postage label and was told by EBay that buyer would be refunded by them. The item is showing on my account as overdue and I am unable to change status to collected.  Both buyer and myself have given feedback indicating transaction complete.  Does anyone know how to resolve this please?

If you open the SD postage label that will mark the item as dispatched.     It will remain unused and buyer will get a refund for it in 30 days.

There is no way now to mark the item as collected / dispatched,  as there was no collection code,  and obviously no tracking.

Those notifications to dispatch will soon stop.

You are correct,  that if you had buyer paid for postage,  they will be refunded,  you may message the buyer to be aware that refund may take 30 days to appear in their payment source.

You may need to wait a minimum now of 14 days for the release of your payout for that item.

You can't change it. 

Ebay systems cannot cope with this situation, I.e posting collection items or collecting items listed for postage.
