Ebay not allowing me to create new listings because of an open issue to resolve.

I have been trying to create a new listing but Ebay say I have open issues to resume selling. I go to the Messages as asked but cannot find what the issues are. They have asked endlessly for verification which I have done and a message comes up with "Verification in progress" but I seem unable to get beyond that. It has been days since I first started this. Does Ebay employ human beings or are they all automated now.

Yep,  there are human beings in CS , and they are the ones you need to have this discussion with, and not the automated chat bots.

Contact CS only first thing in the morning when the lines first open for ' live agents' ,  that is,  9.am. on weekends and 8 a.m. on weekdays,  as there's more chance at that time,  for Dublin to answer.

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays

9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.

Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.

As said,  I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
