Yep, there are human beings in CS , and they are the ones you need to have this discussion with, and not the automated chat bots.
Contact CS only first thing in the morning when the lines first open for ' live agents' , that is, 9.am. on weekends and 8 a.m. on weekdays, as there's more chance at that time, for Dublin to answer.
