I can't add photos from albums since the video update

Hi

Since the latest update, that now allows you to select videos, I no longer have the option to access my albums.

I only have the option of my entire camera roll. 

I can’t go back through thousands of photos to find the photos I have taken of ebay items.

How can I get to my album of photos I’ve taken for eBay??

@tressygirl I'm sorry to tag you, but I saw that you had responded to someone who was also having the same issue as me back in August. As I have not had any responses, I am getting a little desperate. I have tried reporting this via Twitter but they said I am the only person to have this issue. I haven't been able to list recently, because of this. Are you able to help me or tag anyone who can?

Hi Sarah,  no problem tagging me at all !

I'm presuming you are on a PC / laptop,  how do you down load your pictures, and which folder do they go into ?

With that update it may have changed which folder your pictures have been downloaded to.  This is not within eBay,  it's your laptop settings,  it's defaulted back to a different folder.

You have quite a job now,   find those pictures and create a new folder,  move them into there.  Next time you download,  make sure you download into that folder.  For example I have a new folder I've named ' eBay Pictures'.

Thanks so much for getting back to me. Yes I am on a laptop but I don't download any pics or use any folders from there.

When I get to the add photos section I select "upload from mobile."

I then get the notification on my mobile (iPhone) to add photos to my listing which I then click.

When I select add photo, it opens my photos and previously you always add the option to select either photos (entire camera roll) or "collections" a.k.a albums. I would then go through my various ebay albums e.g. Winter Clothes, Summer Clothes, Home Items etc. and click the relevant photos. Very simple and easy.

Now however, the only options are photos or videos. Video's seen to have replaced collections/albums. I have 32,000 photos on my iPhone and some of my ebay photos were taken a long time ago. This means I now have to scroll through thousands of photos, rather than just being able to access the albums.

It's incredibly frustrating. I noticed this happened in August, around the time the option to add videos was added. I have tried deleting cookies and cache. I've deleted the whole app and reinstalled it. I've ensured I'm running the latest software on my phone etc.

I hope this makes sense?
