Notifications not working

When eBay changed to free listing and added additional fees onto the sale, my small amount of sales stopped dead.

Within the last week I’ve had four sales of different items so something must have changed but I no longer get notifications on my phone even though they are still enabled.

Fortunately I got emails for three of them but today thought I’d see if I had any feedback from them and found a sale which was overdue for dispatch by a day.

I had no idea I’d sold anything and have checked my emails (and junk) and didn’t even get an email about the sale.

Any suggestions of what I could do to fix notifications would be welcome as I have no idea how to contact eBay for support on this.

Thank you for your post.

Check your settings here by going to account settings> account preferences> communication preferences>seller> selling activity. Item sold is one of the options within there.

Thanks, this is most strange.

In the app, the same notification is ticked but going through a web browser and I have different settings ticked.

No wonder I couldn’t see it as i had to jump through hoops to get it displayed on my phone as every time I try to access through a browser, it just opened the app lol.

i haven’t tried it yet but I’ve ticked the required notification now but it is strange that i was getting notifications just days before.
