Is this a known problem?
"I have one order bought and paid for from you and hopefully already processed and in progress. That is all I require.
A second order which seems to have appeared when I did a "buy it now" on the same item I'd made a "make an offer" on, as saving only 10p since vat was added afterwards, wasn't worth the wait for the reply and I "bought in now" instead.
It was the same item so I do not understand why the Ebay system didn't know that and has generated a second event and are now insisting on payment. Please cancel the second outstanding request for payment or advise if I need to contact Ebay to explain what has happened with their program and get them to cancel it.
Yes, I still require one set. Though the one that has already been deducted from my bank account. Thank you"
eBay does not have a "reason for cancellation" as duplicate request.
