Parcel is missing.

Please help!!!

Evri driver apparently delivered my parcel to an unknown Parcelshop, completely different from the nominated CollectionPlus that was clearly stated on the parcel.  The parcel cannot be located.  EBAY is avoiding dealing with the matter, stating it was delivered to my address.  The seller does not have my address details.  My address is not on the parcel.   Why and How has eBay come to this conclusion?  Can anyone tell me how I can take Ebay to the Trading Standard before closing my Ebay account??

There is no phone for you to call,  contact is through a Call Back system.

 

This is the easiest and quickest way to contact eBay Customer Services, for a Call Back option.

Lines open 8 a.m. - 10 p.m. on weekdays


9 a.m. - 6 p.m. on weekends.


Automated agents will be available on chat outside of the above hours.


I recommend contacting CS first thing in the morning as there's more chance of Dublin answering.
