Refund claim after 105 days

If the tracking shows delivery buyer wouldnt't win a "not received" claim but in any case ebay only allow 30 days for claims so the case will expire without refund.

You may not be out of the woods yet!

It's far too late for the buyer to use eBay's money back guarantee, but if they paid by credit or debit card they could issue a chargeback months after the transaction - and if they paid by PayPal they have up to 180 days to claim a refund for non-delivery.

Because buyers now pay eBay, not the seller, any claim they make also now has to be made against eBay. In the user agreement you accepted that you would reimburse eBay for any refund they issue on your behalf. The better news is that provided you can still provide a tracking number to prove delivery online you will not be required to do this.

Good luck - I hope you kept your proof of delivery?

You need to contact eBay and let them have the tracking number showing delivery.
