claim for undelived item I sent to buyer

I sold and sent and item , but Yodel never delivered, and I had to refund buyer. How do I claim for this with ebay?

Unless you used Simple Delivery for posting,  and I don't believe Yodel is yet an option, then eBay do not refund you for the loss.

Your claim now is with Yodel, as they lost your parcel, not eBay.
