Negative Feedback regarding postage

I sold an item and the buyer paid, they then contacted me to say they would like to collect as they don't live that far away, they asked if I could refund the postage.  I said this would be fine and instead of refunding I would pay them the amount in cash for this when they collect, they agreed and said this would be easier - all good! The have then left negative feedback regarding the fact the click and collect purchase button would not work (they don't use Ebay that much and thought the negative feedback was how you complained to ebay directly!) I contacted them and they said they will try and remove the feedback and in the meantime I asked ebay to revise and remove the feedback and told them why.  Ebay got back to me within a very very short timeframe and said after careful consideration...ye sure! They have decided to leave the feedback in place.  This has put a bomb in my good feedback, they are not even collecting the item until tomorrow but feel very upset with this and with ebays attitude, is there anything else I can do regarding this?

Send a feedback revision request to your buyer.   There's a link to do that on here:

You could try sending a feedback revision request explaining it has damaged your account.

See the link on how to do that.

Negative Feedback regarding postage

Hi, thank you, I have sent this and hopefully they will do this.  TBH I'm getting quite fed up with EB's attitude to sellers, and it's getting harder and harder to get the money you're owed, they also keep finding new and inventive ways to drive you up the wall.  I've just taken all my listings down and will be going to a boot fair over the weekend instead.   I'm not a business seller just someone looking to sell items they no longer use, but it's just not worth the stress anymore.
