Postage

I've recently sold an item and posted it, but when I have tried to provide the tracking details and mark as despatched the option is no longer there? So now I'm getting told to send it plus my money is on hold. I've tried the chat bot which just takes you round in circles and I can't find any other way to contact an agent.

It sounds like you didn't use ebay's Simple Delivery label.    If you bought your own postage you can't change the tracking number or mark as dispatched.    Let the buyer know the item is on its way.  The payment will be released anyway in 14 days.

If the buyer paid for it it will be refunded automatically in 30 days.
