Seller refused to accept a return for item that only worked for two weeks (described as tested but unused) , no case is closed , left negative feedback , but that shows as positive ?

Each time I turn 2 step verification on I get the successful email saying it is now enabled. However, when i logout and log back in again no additional verification takes place so i only need my password. Am I doing something wrong perhaps? Thanks

Sending items bigger than 60cm

Why am I only offered postage options for items smaller than 61cm, on Simple Delivery? Is that really the biggest size? How do I set up postage for a poster that measures 69 cm long? (Thanks!)
