eBay not providing facility to mark as item dispatched as posted by RM not eBay prepaid.

I have sold an item, the buyer has paid , I have posted the item and want eBay to release the funds. However I dispatched the item by RM not tier prepaid labels, I wasn’t aware of the conflict. Now I can’t mark item as dispatched or update tracking tracking as the ‘server is down’ and has been for days. 

I need to mark item as dispatched and received.

If you've bought your own label to add the new tracking number you still need to generate the original prepaid label.   Then go to the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking.   That needs to be done on a desktop browser.

If you cannot manage to do that the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.
