Postage

Hi I sold a large item and the pre paid label would not cover the cost, also the size. I took the item to post office and they used parcel force. This cost a lot more than postage listed so have already lost have the sold price. Now I cannot change the status of the order, it states create label and late shipping, I have contacted the buyer, who has received goods, but they are not responding. Anyone know what to do or the number for support? Thanks

Postage

To add the new tracking number you still need to generate the original prepaid label.  

 

Then go to the More Actions dropdown menu or View Order Details > Postage > Track Package > dropdown arrow and change the tracking.   That has to be done on a desktop browser.

 

The original label it will be refunded to the buyer automatically in 30 days.

 

If you cannot  do the above the payment will be released anyway in 14 days.
