Damaged bag in transit as a seller

I sold my bag on eBay and the buyer chose evri as the shipper. I sent the bag the very next day properly packed but about 5 days later I was told that bag is damaged in transit. I did register a claim through there chat bot but since then I have received no reply from them, not on emails, phone calls or chat box, nothing. The bag was for 50£, can someone please tell me what to do. I am the seller, the buyer has been refunded the amount.

Assuming you used Simple Delivery ebay should have refunded the money themselves and you keep the payment.   That relies on the buyer opening the correct claim on ebay.    If not, or if you refunded upfront, I doubt you can do anything about it.    You can try asking ebay by requesting a callback on here:

The refund to buyer was provided by eBay. 
My bag was lot I am asking about how to get a refund on the bag I lost.

If ebay refunded the buyer then you still have the payment for the bag?
