I have sold a product, but buyer didn't satisfied with my product and he left a negative feedback,  and i have refund to him a partial amount and requesting him to remove negative feedback, after the refunding of amount now he is not replying on msg and also not revise the feedback, What i have to do to remove negative feedback, Please guide, Thank You

It does pay to look at your own feedback, on the right side it has revised feedback 1 and if you click it tells you revised by buyer.
