Selling limits

Hi there 

please can someone help ebay will not increase my selling limit and that  I had to wait till now and they will still not increase my. selling limits. I am getting rather fed up not selling on ebay. and I just want to close my account down if that fine can someone pass this message on to ebay has they refusing to pick up the phone.
